Feasibility Studies

We can investigate the potential of a site, review current planning / building policy and undertake preliminary sketch work to assess the feasibility of a project. We can also liaise with Planning and Building Control on your behalf to discuss regulatory matters and obtain pre-application advice.

Refurbishment / Renovations / Conversions

We can help you to re-vitalise your property, to make the space work in a way that meets your needs and unlock the potential of your property. This may involve removing internal walls, altering glazing, re-locating your kitchen, creating an en-suite bathroom or converting an underutilised space such as a garage or loft to provide some additional floor space to your property. We can advise if Planning or Building Applications are required and prepare and submit those applications on your behalf.

Extensions

We will listen to your needs and design an extension that provides you with the additional space that you require. We will assess the feasibility of the project and assist you in achieving your property goals. A well-designed extension can completely transform your property which in turn can change the way you live. We can prepare and submit any required Planning & Building Applications for your extension and then liaise with other professionals such as Structural Engineers and Building Contractors on your behalf to help get your project up and running.

New Builds

We can design and submit Planning and Building Applications for new build or replacement dwellings, with a site-specific approach to incorporate your needs and satisfy current Planning and Building regulations. We utilise both 2D and 3D digital drawing technologies to help you visualise your new dream home.
